Love the food and staff is nice. Unfortunately using the driver thru is more hassle then it's worth.

I will never return to this Chick-fil-A or ever give Chick-fil-A my business again either! They don’t give to craps about anybody even if they get hurt on their property! My three year old son was tripped by a girl while leaving the play area. Give in mind the Chick-fil-A employee previously told that same girl to stay in or out of the play area numerous times and never talked to her parents! I was sitting right outside the door watching my son like any responsible parent should do and my son was following all the rules! Next thing you know he was coming out the door to me and the little girl trips him!!! Causing him to go face first into the floor and busting his head wide open! I had to yell at people for help to get ice or paper towels because it was a bloody mess all over my son and me. The only person that helped me was a nurse that just happened to be there thank god! We had I go down town to get six sutures on the inside of his head and then five on the outside! I then went to that location the following Monday since this happened on a Saturday and there was no accident report! So I filed with them and they have been horrible at keeping touch with me. I got the bill on the mail for $1,000.00! And they are not going to help me whatsoever! I have been nice though this whole process but I’m at my wits end! The man “helping” me was named Kanod Covington and he was far from nice! I’m a single mom just trying to make it and go to school and now I’m stuck with this! I’m livid! So no I will never give Chick-fil-A my business ever again!
