I catered Boston Market for our staff meeting for the first time today and it was a BIG HIT! The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed lunch! They said it was a "nice change", "delicious", the rotisserie chicken was "moist" - a huge success! And the pricing was less than I've spent on sandwiches or chicken strips. It was delivered as ordered and when the delivery driver was going to be 5 minutes late, he called to make sure it was okay. He was very professional. I would highly recommend you try them out for your meetings. We are in Katy and they brought it to us! Great job Boston Market!

This was our first time to this location. I've always loved Boston Market, but I must say, I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant didn't smell very clean and the taste of the food was below expectations. I'm giving 3 stars because the woman behind the counter was very helpful and thoughtful... and she was new!

I've been an avid supporter of Boston Market for over 14 years, but this location has been a true disappointment. Seldom is food fresh. Instead it appears that it's been on the warmer for hours. Today, I only ordered a veggie plate, for an exhorbatant price of $7.08 mind you, and the mixed we're cold and corn was scorched. I've simply had enough of it. This will be my last visit instead going to lubys where it's at least fresh...and just a bit cheaper...for just a veggie plate! It's a real shame because I loved the sweet potatoes and Mac & cheese there. The rest....just forget about it!

My first time visiting Boston Market December 24, 2017 and the last. The manager had the most unprofessional attitude and disposition I have seen in years. I arrived at store 0674 (Copperfield) and waited in line to pick up my food. I heard another female customer with her daughter state the manager had an attitude. As I observed the manager, she had this "What" attitude and "take it or leave it" disposition on her face and demeanor. As a first time and paying customer I expect better!! They left my apple pie off my order and I had to return. As I walked in the restaurant again, she did not greet or asked how she could help. Instead, she looked at me as if I was an inconvenience for her...Wow! Well sorry! That is your job to help the public and your customers. I gave her some professional advise and told her she needed to tone it down and it was her job to make sure customers were pleased on their first visit. If I have to pay any money for any service with an attitude, I would rather take my money elsewhere. Too many options in Houston to put up with an attitude from a manager who doesn't know professional customer service, tact, or customer retention skills. I will not be returning because of this bad experience on my first visit.

The chicken is always good and the staff is always friendly. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables and sweets. Comfort food for people who need it!
