As far as fast food goes in the 290/Beltway area I feel inclined to admit I am not satisfied with most, if not all, restaurants and their customer service. I don't think people are all that happy living here or dealing with traffic in this area and it is reflected in the attitude of the average fast food employee and the quality of their product. This place is no worse than any others in the general area and, to me, the J in the B on Clay Rd. and Blalock and this 1 are much better than the 1 on Hollister near 290. Food fresher, wait time less, and a little more pleasant. Its subtle but its noticeable.

If I could give no stars I would. Every time I go there the staff is rude as hell. They never get my order right and they have never given me cream and sugar for my coffee even when I ask for it. The people they put at the drive through barely speak English, when I speak to them in Spanish they still don't get my Damn order correct. Worst jack in the box EVER!!

Typical Jack. Good, friendly service. Updated decor. Limited parking. If you like iced tea you will have to ask for it, all other drinks are self serve.

Ordered two salads and they Had me waiting for 15-20 min to later advise me that they were out of lettuce, tried to see if they gave me a deal or discount if I order anything else and they didn’t try hard to keep customer satisfied after their mistake
