Each Smash Burger makes different quality burgers from what I experienced. This location makes the best ones out of five that I have tried. Very tasty and fresh at this location. Others spots the burgers were made by people with defective taste buds.

I've had good experiences in the past, but my most recent one was no good. The short version of it being that I walked in over half an hour before close and wasn't greeted for several minutes then was told I could only get my order as take out. I was already hangry, so this was a little upsetting to hear. Same consolation he offered us free drinks. We took the cups and walked to the drink station only have it already been broken down with nothing even available. I was really disappointed. No reason to turn away guests because you want to leave work early on a Saturday night.

Smash in this location has gone downhill with a new manager. Their awesome ~$5 Oreo shake that used to come in a cup and metal container now comes in a small paper cup instead. Spicy Baja burger now comes without jalapeño. The staff used to be friendly and helpful now are replaced with nonchalant staff who don’t care. Very disappointed with how such a great fun place is now ruined.
