I take pride in always being patient, courteous and respectful to fast food/restaurant employees because I know how stressful the job can be. With that being said, I don't think the favor was returned to me last night at this Wingstop. The person who took my order over the phone, who's name I don't know because he didn't state it & didn't give me a receipt, was very rude and condenscending. When I got to the restaurant to wait for my order, my boyfriend and I parked in front of the restaurant. All of the employees were eating near the register. I have worked in the industry and I know employees are not supposed to be eating while they attend clients. For many reasons but primarily because it looks so unprofessional. Not only that but when my boyfriend went to go get the order, he witnessed & recorded an employee harass a client. She was trying to finish her transaction and the employee would not give her her receipt because he was trying to flirt with her. When she politely asked for it, he waved it in her face tauntingly. She was a good sport and walked away & laughed it off but before she did, she turned to look at the other customers to see if anyone saw what just happened. This is just unacceptable.

***Updated to three star. A regional manager reached out to me (Joe) and was very polite and refunded my money. I would still recommend a different location though. I love Wingstop, but not this one. I placed an online order, and sent my husband to pick it up because both of our kids are sick. He gets there to pick it up, and they won't let him because he doesn't have my card. Ok. No problem...He tried to pay cash for it and they told him he couldn't because he might be trying to steal the food. Really? They said I would have to come in and pick up the food with my card and ID. He gets home with no food, and I call the restaurant, stay on hold for ten minutes, and hang up and call again and finally get to talk to someone. I was told I would be refunded, since my order had already been sitting there an hour (we live 25 minutes from this location) and I wasn't going to drive another 25 minutes to pick up cold food. One week has passed, I haven't been refunded. The hold lifted from my account today. Just know if you place an online order, you need the card and an ID apparently. They told me this information is on the receipt...which doesn't do me much good after I place an order. I hope your staff enjoyed eating the food I bought.

Horrible service walked in at 10:45pm and they had already stacked all the chairs on top of each other and told us we couldn’t dine in anymore. While we were trying to decide on our order they told us to hurry up that we had to order before 11:30pm because after that they were no longer making orders. I understand that while the store does need to be closed in timely matter there’s other ways to take of your staff. Let your customers have a seat I would say is a lot more over whelming to have a lobby full of upset people that have no availability to a seat than to just let them have seat in the first place.. if I could rate 0 stars.
