The quality of food was good. Never have any complaints about that. They could use a little bit better ventilation. It can get pretty darn smoky in there! In the Frisco area, they have the best Japanese hibachi based on our experience trying at least three or four of the available Japanese restaurants in Frisco.

Literally the best hibachi restaurant in Dallas, for me at least. Their food is always the best, waitstaff and cooks are phenomenal! Especially for the price, a meal for 2 (with no or little alcohol) can still be had under $80.00...and I'm telling you, they cook a better steak than most high-end steak places in the Frisco area. I recommend the Tokyo Trio, which comes with steak, chicken, and shrimp...I typically have enough to eat a leftover meal the next day. Go to this place, you will NOT be disappointed in the quality of food and personable service!!

We got there just after opening, so our service was quick and the food came out at a nice pace. The tempura was light and crispy, unlike other places who heavily batter it. The salmon sushi was fresh and a wonderful cut. Try the Butterfly Kisses roll for a very fresh taste. An overall pleasant experience.

Jinbeh is over of the best sushi and hibachi grill restaurants in Frisco. I recently went to their sushi bar with a friend, and ordered three plates to share with them. Although slightly slow, each plate was brought out one at a time so that we could enjoy each one seperately and not feel rushed. Additionally, the amount you get is fair given their prices, and the chef do chat with you when not overly busy. Over on the other side, the hibachi grill has the usual performance that many other places have, including the onion volcano, and the train of vegetables. Much like with the sushi bar, the portions are fair given their prices. Mich like with the other side of the restaurant, the chefs will chat and make jokes while working.

We made an early reservation to celebrate a very special occasion and basically got thrown out in less than an hour so they could turn the table over to the next group. A family came in and stood around our table while we were still eating and stared us down until members of our party were so uncomfortable we had to leave. The excuse was that they pushed right past the host and came back to the table. We should have been able to leave them our bill due to the way this was handled. Great food, lousy management. Will never go back. Not recommended for celebrations of any sort!
