I was first and only customer on Monday morning. Service and food were good. Hours on Google were wrong. While this might not be their fault, I do think they have an obligation to ensure the hours online are accurate. If you want reviews on Google, you should make sure your listing is accurate.

New menu again. Still love the poblano omelette. It is my favorite. they still like to bring the pancakes at the same time as the omelette. I like my pancakes served hot and after I have eaten my omelette. I also do not like the fact that one person will take your order and a different person will deliver your food without having the order communicated properly

Is give this place a 0 star if it would let me. First off this location isn't 24 hours like most of the IHOP's in San Antonio. Secondly the food was sub-par and the wait to get the food was horrible. The wait staff was this visits only saving grace. When it came to checking out the manager Carlos was less than professional to say the least. When he charged the card wrong and then closed out my ticket he informed me he couldn't fix the issue and I would have to contact the corporate office. I had to get hid name and corporate number from a waiter as he couldn't be bothered to give me that information. Short story long, avoid this location if you can, go to the other one in Stone Oak. The wait there can be just as long but a much better dining experience to say the least!

It is a good place to eat at. Unfortunately, it was really slow. Look to be seated in Lily's sections. She is wonderful and very healpful. She does her best to be of assistance and to get the food to us quickly.

Worst IHOP experience ever!! This place is terrible! Waited 10 min for the server which could be fine if they re busy but they had only a few people in the restaurant. The best came after ordering we were waiting 1 hour for our food!! Will never come back again for sure to this location!!
