I didn't even want to give 1 star since I didn't even get to place an order. The staff at this popeys is ALWAYS rude. After 10 minutes of trying to give my order I left. The woman was being sarcastic and rude when i asked her a question about the menu and after I gave her my order there was total silance. She then got back on the speaker to tell me she got no e of my order and I needed to repeat. Never again horrible service!!!

The chicken was extra salty today. I ordered red beans and rice with my 3 piece and got mashed potatoes instead

Less than welcoming customer service. Took 20 minutes to fill an order straight from the menu (no special requests). No napkins in the dispenser (they are supplied from behind the counter as if they were cloth). Dirty tables and chairs. Yet, I like their chicken.

this place, or in this case the lobby and not the drive-thru, "closes at 10 pm" from what i saw in their schedule. around 9:25 pm, at march 11, i decided to try to order dinner. it was closed. one of the lady workers who saw me and another guy told us that it closed at 9 pm instead of 10 pm and it didn't make any sense. i like the food - it's just that they never update. it clearly says at the other side of the building that the lobby closes at 10 pm at this day.
