Ok I was in the food court today. I got up to use the restroom. The employee from sbarro came in and he spit in the urinal then used it. He then whipped his hand across his face and walked out with washing at all. Then he came out and started serving food to a customer without plastic gloves or anything. I don't really eat at places like that either way but train your foreign workers. However I hope lots of people see this because it was absolutely disgusting and this pig should not be handling food.

Poor quality food for the price, probably because workers are rude and lazy. I don't know how they were hired. I asked for a take out bag and got a dirty look like he couldnt believe he had to put effort into something. Hire staff thats not useless and grumpy.. its been years since I've had good food here.

The worst place ever! The girl who stays at the cashier is the most stupid person I've ever seen! If she doesn't know how to deal with customers go find something else to do!

Quality has diminished over the years...tried it again after many years and was very disappointed.
