Our go-to Chinese restaurant for dim sum and family style dinners in East Vancouver. Decently clean, conveniently located on Kingsway and Victoria Drive. Food is above average and prices are in line with most other Chinese restaurants. Service is usually good here though it really depends on how busy this place gets. Dim sum time it's packed and it's much more peaceful at night.

If you can order in Chinese service is good. Good food, decent prices, prompt service. I have never eaten here without Cantonese skills present so no idea how service would differ without Chinese language skills. Also helps to be a regular...

Would rate zero stars if I could. Misplaced our dimsum order we received 1 dish out if the 5 we ordered. We waited for 45 minutes and they didn't apologize. Another table came in beside us by about 20 minutes and got their first order of food before we did. They asked if we wanted to wait a other 15 minutes to get our order which was 4 items, so not a large order. We declined and they didn't even give us a discount on the 1 item we received. I would never come back to this place again.

I come here with my in-laws and husband's grandparents for Dim Sum because they are regular customers. We get VIP treatment, they know what we like to order and always get some of our dishes started before we get seated. Service is great! Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend their cha sui bao and beef parsley congee.
