Usually I love Wendy's, but today's experience was not great. Staff seemed inattentive. Both freestyle machines were on the staff refill menu and people were waiting for drinks. Staff didn't notice the lineup and went leisurely about changing the drink cartridges. Turned out one of them worked and after waiting for ten minutes, staff noticed and pushed a button to change it back to the consumer side. Gave me a salad to go... No fork in the bag, couldn't eat it until we got home to another city... They weren't even that busy. Just somewhat oblivious to their customers.

FRESH and QUALITY is their motto; but it's definitely missing in their food. Once I ordered Portobello mushroom melt burger; there were literally few bits of mushroom, though in the advertising picture it shows quite a good amount. When I challenged the employees, at first they started arguing; then the manager stepped in and told me....oh it's the mushroom gravy, sometimes it happens while we serve...! This is you called quality? Honestly, to me I like the Burger King better among these first food chain.

I mainly order at their drive through, never been inside. The service is good and the employees are very polite. The food is well made and taste pretty good. The time to receive my food is quite reasonable, depending on what time of day you go there of course. As well, the restaurant being placed by a busy street and other big retailers, this place will be busy during most of the day.

I love this Wendy's with a passion. It was renovated a few years ago, and is now the most beautiful fastfood place in the area. Great clean and brightly lit joint. Their baked potatoes are on point, but let's not forget what I love most about this place... their soda machines. Any combination you can think of, they have, even in diet.

It is not my intention to tarnish the reputation of a business that I like and enjoy. I love Wendy's and appreciate the value menu when finances are tight. I believe in the quality of their products and regard these fast food items to be close in giving the consumer some nutritional value. The efficient service that most Wendy's restaurants provide is perfect for the fast pace we all seem to live. Now, when it comes to people who are expected to deliver an award-winning service in a fast food restaurant you may have to search long and hard. I am not expecting these people to care much about me or how often I frequent their establishment but I do believe they should care about their duty to a customer. First of all drop the "how are you" question at the drive through menu board as it is awkward and distracting. This is something that could be kept for face to face interaction at the actual window. Secondly, well done fries are not to difficult to create but I have been told on 3 occasions that they were but they were not. To add insult to injury and argue with me about this is to say you could care less weather I come there or not. This is disheartening and sad that a customer cannot get food to match their order. Third on my list is for the management to deligate a single person to provide the condiments so when you get your bag of food things like dipping sauce is present. That timer that records the vehicle wait time is affected when I search through my bag to see if the simple things that mean a lot are included. I ordered sweet and sour sauce 5 times and still have not ever been happy to see this item present with my order. I was so disappointed the night I was asked to pull my vehicle ahead and wait for fresh nuggets. I was told 7-9 minutes but waited 23 minutes and then when I realized how much time had passed I stormed in there to find no one except the girl at the window knew I was waiting. Lose track of a customer, lose track of your business, lose.
