Went here on a busy Saturday night. Service was good despite how busy it was. Loved the chips & salsa and the atmosphere is nice. The pricing for the food seemed worth it for what you get; $16 for 3 tacos and two sides. As far as authenticity, this is definitely not the most authentic place for Mexican fare. The food itself was alright, but nothing to write home about.

Went for the first time on Friday--was kind of a let down. We had made a reservation for 2 earlier that day, but when we showed up the hostess told us that there wasn't a reservation under the name we told them. After a few minutes she said what might've happened is the other hostess didn't enter our name in the system (she said it almost as though that happened all the time). She finally went to the back to grab who I assumes was the supervisor and brought us to a table; which was located right in the middle of the restaurant, even though they were two other tables on the side by the window. While we sat at our table waiting to order a drink, a couple waitresses were loudly pushing tables together to prepare for a large group of people. After finally getting our drinks ordered, we were asked if we would be willing to move over to the table by the window to make room for the large group. We said yes, and were offered by the supervisor 'first round of drinks free'. Food came relatively quickly, but was completely flavourless and gross. Overall, definitely wasn't worth the trip and would not recommend.

The food was AMAZING! Such good Mexican flavours but elevated. Have the tortilla soup!! I had the fish tacos and my husband had the baked burrito. Both were excellent. But save room for desert because deep fried mars bar and banana wrapped in a tortilla was heaven!! I strongly recommend it for the food. Seems like a party atmosphere too!

We just took our mom to la roca for mothers day supper. I have to say it was really good the food was great service was good drinks were cold. The only down fall is they do not have blended margaritas there. But I would for sure go back again.

Good upscale versions of Mexican classics. Great service. Food was out quickly and no problem getting reservations on a Saturday night.
