Served raw food, told me that's how it's made from Guri. My butterfly shrimp was raw.. it was white, and my breading was raw also? How is that cooked.. I am never coming back to this place again. And navgot stop rolling your eyes before it turns into a habit.

The location 1275 Barton Street East, Hamilton, L8H 2V4. is unreliable, never delivers on time, and always gets the order wrong. If you try to call them back they are uncooperative and very hard to communicate with. Any McMaster students around the area should NEVER order from the 1275 Baron Street East Location, unless you want to lose time, money, and have your dinner put on delay. Even when the food arrives, it is overly greasy and cold. This is an unbelievably bad location to order from and all reviews on Just Eat Canada will tell you the same. Don't just look at the overall stars, but read some of the reviews that have been recently posted. #unhappycustomer #neveragain

I pulled a piece of metal wire out of my teeth when I was eating coleslaw that I had leftover the next day. The manager told me: 1) it was my fault for not calling the day before (even though I called as soon as I ate the wire) 2) they only guarantee their food quality for 45 minutes after its made 3) they would only refund me for a coleslaw instead of the meal, despite a metal wire being in the food. I escalated out to head office and am waiting to hear back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the food isn't that good.

I wouldn't recommend this location for any delivery orders as it took 3 hours for the food to get delivered. We weren't able to refund or cancel the order after calling, but instead, were forced to accept the cold and soggy food.

Save yourself the trouble and just drive to the Queenston Rd. location by Eastgate Square.
