The fish was really good, not greasy that I can’t eat more than a few bites but rather quite delicious. Had an awful customer experience at another fish a chip place called Maria’s earlier in the evening and attempted to give this place a try. I’m not sure what the waitresses name was but she was busy, it was a full house with takeout orders coming through and she still managed to be polite, kind, and improve my overall takeout experience tonight. I would highly recommend, and thank you to the waitress, I didn’t have to wait, she was quick and very kind.

The fish tasted like it was soak in grease all day..the fries were burnt n we got the ends..waitress looked like she didn't want to be there.. when we were getting up to pay for our awful meals ..the dang waitress had the big bowl of Cole slaw left wide open on the counter..that was gross..they use to have the best fish n chips around..but have to say the opposite...lost our business!

Were at Mr. Fish for dinner yesterday May 4/19, it was the worst meal ever. Don’t understand, the few times there we enjoyed our fish dinner? Long wait, my husbands fish was not cooked right, so much batter little fish, chips were cold. Will never go back.

Great lunch! Great service and excellent value. We've tried several Fish & Chip places in Brantford and Mr. Chips is our favourite spot!

Dont bother calling as they dont bother answering there phone for the customers. Called 4 time withing 20 minutes and just never answers. Not to mention no answering service. Also for how small the dine in area is you figure they would answer for pickup orders. Very disappointed I guess I'll be eating elsewhere from now on. I'll also pass word on to my friends
