Been here only once but am planning to go again soon! Ordered the Five Spice Fried Chicken. It is the second best chicken I have ever had in my life, barely being topped by a famous chicken place in downtown Toronto. Planning on going back soon for some more! P.S (Front desk man was very polite, I was served quickly and did not have to ask for cutlery or soy/plum sauce)

Been ordering delivery/take out from Shanghai House since 2004. They are a family run business and deliver consistent, delicious, quality food every single time. Staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely try the Hot Braised Chicken if it's your first visit and you like a little bit of spice. I also enjoy the curry chicken wings and lemon chicken.

Very small authentic Chinese restaurant with homemade-style food. Service is minimal but good. Prices are dirt cheap (under $7 for full lunch specials) but often tends to be overly oily/greasy unless you customize your order. Helps if you know/recognize specific dishes so that you can order them exactly like homemade.

Excellent Service!! Server is very helpful.. and the food here is not really on point, its very greasy or oily. But the taste is amazing only the texture needs some improvement. Overall: Worth the price 😁

Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, Cantonese chow mein and, diced veggies w/chicken. Wife and, I ended up sick all night. I work right next door to this place but. Never going back stay away. From this place. Oh yeah shrimp with lobster sauce should have no veggies in it.
