I can't complain about a single thing I ate. The service was impeccable, extremely nice staff and low waiting times. Even the restaurant's atmosphere is great, from the decorations to the glasses and plates you're served. They offer a variety of burgers with different options and the choice to edit all of them. I've returned many times to try different choices they have. I'd recommend the three ring binder if you're not against spicy food, you'll get a chance to taste their amazing rings. Or if you really like poutine the Trudeau is the way to go. The best part about it is, they also offer vegetarian patties with ALL the burgers they serve! They also have great milkshakes.

Small location! Tight seatings. The waiters are friendly and the food is great. A little pricy. If you are going there with your family expect a bigger bill then your local fast food chain. The burgers taste great and you can taste the quality. Went maybe 5 times in my life and it has always been good service and good quality time. May be noisy for a formal date night but enjoyable as a family night.

Some people like all kinds of fancy gourmet burgers in an industrial-style decor. If that's you, then the Works is for you. If you like straightforward burgers, steer clear of this place; it's not for you.

Great burgers. It took about 10 minutes for us to be seated or yet even acknowledged + we were the only ones waiting. We debated on leaving but had herd great things about the food so we decided to wait.

We've been longtime Works fans but it's not the same as it used to be in terms of food quality. That being said, the service was amazing and the wait on a Friday was not that bad. We have two kids and it was very kid-friendly and for that, we would go back.
