Down right terrible service... they try but they're not very good. They messed up my order 3 times in a row and were not friendly at all following up their mistakes. They even had the audacity to toss my food down at me as if they were upset by not getting it right. One of the managers is very unprofessional and hardly smiles while working. I thought smiles were free. Definitely not great customer service. The food however is regularly pleasant, if they can manage to get your order correct. Always check your meal before leaving

This location is convenient for me but it's not as clean as some other locations I've been in. Its busy so there are a lot of families coming and going and the staff do not stay on top of cleaning the tables quickly. Wanted to treat the kids on a Friday to some nuggets and fries and my son who is 21 mths needs a highchair but the 2 available highchairs were dirty and I had to wipe down my own table as I couldn't find anyone available who wasn't behind the counter. But I guess you get what you pay for ..next time A&W for sure.

The staff are quite fantastic here and ridiculously patient... too many people forget that this fast paced service industry is NOT the easiest of jobs and sometimes mistakes are made. I couldn't handle the bs "entitled" customers I've seen eat here! They should realize that minimum wage is far too little an amount to deal with such negativity and verbal abuse...My hat is off to the employees! Keep up the good work!

I think I don't need to talk about the food of this place every body should have tried MacDonald by now, am I right? About the place by itself is one of the best establishment of the franchise here in Toronto great ambience, friendly customers and staff and a good place to seat and talk with a significant one
