Been sitting here for about 30 minutes and just got our drinks. Wondering how long this is going to take for my food. It's Sunday at 2:00pm and the theme park nearby isn't even open. If I didnt have a fussy 2 year old with me I'd have left by now. I'm so bored and annoyed that I'm leaving this review. How in the world are they going to operate when the theme park is open and it's much busier?! Its now the end of this review and it's been about 10 minutes since I started writing it, still no food. I fear that I will parish in this restaurant and not have time to say goodbye to my loved ones. If this is the last thing I am able to write, please tell my loved ones that I love them. Update: 25 more minutes went by so we left and went to McDonald's. Kid's gotta eat.

We are a family of four and we just ordered the Family Pack through Skip the Dishes. Turns out the Family Pack is not for a family of humans, it’s for a family of mice. I contacted the restaurant directly and spoke to the manager Pamela. She was not empathetic, not willing to go above and beyond for her disappointed customers and had an excuse for everything. I was less than pleased with this experience. What was even more surprising is that she had the audacity to blame Skip the Dishes for the misleading Swiss Chalet menu content they post on their app... anyway... I will never buy from this location again and do not recommend it to anyone. Thank you to Skip the Dishes for rectifying the situation and thank you to the Manager Pamela for your unprofessional display of customer service.

Swiss Chalet is one of family children restaurants where chicken, ribs, and seafood are grilled and rotisserie. The restaurant is a large spaces rooms, some staffs service is good experience. For many years, we enjoy eating dinner, every monthly. Some chicken are good but food sizes are small sides. French fries are too overcook and hard food. Ptr (2018-01).

The most discussing food I have ever eaten in my entire life. The fries were so soggy the cardboard containers is soaking wet and completely fell apart. Called the store the best they could offer me was 5$. I get it fries aren’t expensive but it was a horrible display of customer service. Definitely not ordering there again.
