Food was tasty. However I was not happy with service. I had ordered for takeout and once the food was ready it sat on the counter for at least 15 minuets. No one didn’t even bother to just hand it to us. Food is important but service is almost as important. I wouldn’t go back there

Good food, good atmosphere, great look, professional staff, hardworking folks at Paramount Fine Foods.. It's just too pricey. But then again who am I to complain. To keep a reputation like they have with their style and take on authentic Halal Lebanese food, I don't blame them. 4 stars. Recommended.

Very nice restaurant. Tasty food, nice environment, very relaxing, separate area to play for children. The food quality is very good. Staff is very friendly and quick in providing service. We didn’t have to wait much time for the food.

Have frequented the Thornhill and Mississauga locations. Food quality and service are good, and consistent in Mississauga. Unfortunately, not the case in Thornhill. Staff try to remain pleasant but they are obviously under resourced and unable to meet demands during busy periods. Had to flag the waitress when our food did not arrive 40 minutes after we had paid and ordered. To her credit, she got the kitchen to produce our mixed grill meal within 10 minutes but the chicken skewer was charred, the beef skewer was not fresh and the sauces were forgotten. We had also ordered two Paramount Special fruit juices ($6.99 each). My husband asked the beverage bar if they could prepare our drinks since we had been waiting for 30 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter indicated that he would start working on them immediately but continued to serve canned beverages to other tables after my husband walked away and we never did get our drinks. I am only writing this review because this is our second consecutive poor experience at this location, and I feel obligated to caution others on the trending decrease in service and quality. Very unfortunate. Will not be returning.

Not the best place to eat... got seated with my friend and then was told when we’re ready to order to go to the counter and place our order? I’ve never heard of that when sitting down at a restaurant you need to get up and place your order yourself... anyways we had to ask for bread 3 times, and when it came time to pay we split the bill and my friend was going to take care of the tip however when I didn’t leave a tip the waitress questioned me... excuse me? There was no service to begin with. What a shame. I will definitely not be returning. Also me and my friend both had terrible stomach aches while driving home. Don’t recommend.
