Went with my family for dinner tonight, and I have to say that it's fantastic! My waitress Terri was so cute helpful and friendly. Their General manager seems honestly sincere about wanting the experience of dining there to be a great one. The decor is interesting and warm. Jeans or a dress jacket , either would fit in. We went around nine, the food was prepared in the same quality as it would be at peak times, you don't see that often. Mr. Mikes is now my steakhouse.

great food and the service is also good. what a wonderful restaurant. The Mike burgers are good even though I don't like ordering them because my name is Mike so it feels kinda weird. But all the staff are very friendly, especially the server with green hair

Terrible atmosphere, unbelievably loud and noisy. Background music should stay in the background. Staff is enthusiastic and fun...if you can hear them. The food, on the other hand, was quite good.

I want to say to begin that the food items we did receive, were hot and satisfactory. So thank you for an almost good experience! Wow. Used Skip The Dishes. I ordered Three Items for three people. Right before the courier arrived, Mr. Mike's called to say they forgot an item, and Skip the Dishes doesn't re-deliver so if I don't want to pick the food item up, they will reduce it from my bill. Well, since I used Skip The Dishes, that's an indication that I'm not going out to pick up a forgotten food item. So now we're posed with two of us eating and re-ordering from somewhere else for the third person. Twenty seconds after I hung up the phone, Skip The Dishes was at the door demanding full payment. We told them what happened and the courier said he had not heard from the restaurant while growing increasingly angry at the entire situation. Can't really say as I blame him since the courier paid his hard working money to your restaurant for the food I ordered. His choice to handle it was to go back to the restaurant and get the mushrooms. Great, half the problem is served. Nothing is more frustrating than having to eat separate meals after paying good money to order from your restuaruant. Truly disappointing. I called your restaurant and asked to talk to a manager. I spoke to a young lady who said she'd get the kitchen to make a "new" dish for the driver to pick up. I commented that I would hope so as we really enjoy "fresh" food and not a dish that has been sitting there for 30 minutes by now. The manager commented back, "well I think they threw them out anyway." I was pretty distressed after that telephone call, after the entire experience if I'm honest. We received the third order shortly there after. Because we had all shared two meals so we could all eat together, no one ate the third dish. Now, what a waste of money and food. This was such an uncomfortable experience that, Mr. Mike's, you've almost gone from the top of my "goto" list, to my do-not-go-to list. I'm sorry to be so disappointed to post such a review. Regards.

We order through skip the dishes usually once a week or so. It seems the food is getting worse each time. Tonight, the onion rings were burnt, they actually were black on one side like they had been sitting on a burner. My steak was over cooked - again. It’s like because the food is not being eaten in the restaurant & they won’t have to hear complaints right away they are just tossing the food in containers & sending it out without caring whether it’s prepared well or not. I’m going to be talking with my family about trying somewhere else because it’s a lot of money to spend on food that I’m not eating. Really disappointed because we used to enjoy the food.
