Their Sonora dogs and tortas are amazing. Their enchiladas are different but good. Rice is great but beans are very bland, it might have just been that batch but they had 0 flavor

The care asada burritos are on point!🙌 The food is fresh, hot and juicy. Our burro's were filled full of juicy freshly marinated meat. 😊No fatty pieces or other "fillers" in this burrito. The customer service is good & the orders are accurate. We just ate here for the first time and we can't wait to come back to try everything else on the menu. This restaraunt is definitely recommended by us! 👍👍Come on in & check out the wonderful variety of delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine.... 😋

I am definitely not one to complain. I absolutely love Jason’s! The food truck on Wilmot is the best location you could possibly go to! This location on Pantano and Wrightstown absolutely sucks! Their customer service is terrible. Let alone their attitudes. They used to be great. The last 4-5 times I’ve gone in I’ve waited at least 10 15 minutes for even some type of service, and when I finally did get service the counter lady had an extremely poor attitude. The last time I went in. I stared at the lady on her phone for 8 minutes until she went to GO GET a different lady to take my order, WHICH TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES!! I said “excuse me” 1 minute after waiting for her to realize I was even in the restaurant. Plus they have a doorbell when someone walks in. When she finally approached and rudely asked “what do you want” I didn’t even want to order! Her customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. And I’ve worked in customer service my entire career life! She acted like she didn’t have the time of the day to take my order, let alone prepare it for me. The food and drinks were so bad that night. My daughter got food poisoning from her meet and my husbands tacos were so messed up. It was like they shook up the box before handing it to us. My family and I will never go again. I will pray they resolve this issue at the Pantano location and find someone whose better at customer service and can be nice and leave their issues outside the door of workplace! It is definitely against health code violations!! BIG TIME!! The BBB will definitely be hearing from me. If you walk inside you can see their kitchen and floors and how dirty it is!
