Survival tips for Kabila: 1. Arrive by 11:20am and wait for the buffet to open at 11:30 (or so.) Any later than that and you'll be entrenched in a mosh pit of elbows. 2. Be prepared to fend for yourself. The dish doesn't have a spoon? Use a clean soup spoon to get some. Don't bother to tell the servers much of anything, because the message won't get through, and waiting isn't a good tactic here. 3. Bring exact change in cash to pay. I have waited longer in line—which is also a bakery—to pay for my food than it took to eat it. With cash, all you have to do is catch a server's eye (difficult but not impossible) and hand it to them with a smile. Works every time. 4. Finally, don't expect the food quality to be consistent. It won't be. Some days, the food makes you happy to be alive. Other days, meh. Whatever.

Don't expect authentic Indian flavor spices, the flavors are washed out (they are not as strong as you would get in India). Lunch Buffet is value for money, but it's recommended to arrive before 11:30AM for the buffet. I recommend the mango Ice cream and the desserts available.

I did a take out order. I was actually late picking it up and the food were still hot when I opened them at home. There are a few items in their menu that is not matched from any other restaurants (25 miles radius) from this location. I've spent years trying and have eaten countless variations of the same named dishes. I normally don't give 5 stars for I don't want to mislead anyone. Everyone has different taste buds. I also have noticed when there is any change in the kitchen staff and had waited a few months for the food to return to their original taste. I recommend this place if you're particular about Indian food. The desserts are also good.

My family and friends have been dining at Kabila for years! They have amazing food. I love their milk cake and chili chicken. We have also hired them to cater. Very professional and they are always early. Food quality is amazing and they have excellent customer service.

Came in on a Friday around 1pm for the $10.95 lunch buffet, plenty of seating open. Moderate selection: daal, saag, tandoori chicken, another chicken dish that looked like tikka masala bright orange with cream sauce (but definitely wasn't), goat curry, chickpea curry, lentil curry. Dishes were salty for my taste. The chai was watery, you add your own sugar.
