We enjoyed our evenings at the Palm. Bartender Harmony was friendly and made our drinks exactly as we wanted. Assistant Manager Bryan met us and made sure our meal was perfect.. even provided us with a complimentary dessert. We will definitely dine at the Palm again

There are many places in Denver where one can get a good meal. However, I have never been disappointed with The Palm. Saturday evening, my wife and I had dinner with the wonderful group at The Palm. The food was excellent and plentiful with more than enough for us and some to take home. The ambience and excellence of the staff is the big draw for us. We were treated exceptionally well and had a visit from time to time from the manager to make sure that all was well--as it was and always has been. Of course, the Maryland style crab cakes are the big draw for us and they were filled with quality lump crab meat, almost as good as on the Eastern Shore. Great job all the way around. Thanks for being great and staying that way.

I have been to The Palm more times then I would like to admit for a business lunch. Today was probably one of the worst meals I have had at this restaurant. I ordered the lump crab on top of grilled romaine and a lemon vinaigrette. It came and looked like a glob of roasted peppers, walnut and....... I scraped off the peppers and nuts and found a few small pieces of crab. The romaine was so soggy with olive oil and there was no hint of lemon. I do not salt my food often, but today I did. I told the waitress that it was not what I was expecting and she said it was one of her favorite dishes. I should have given it to her! I promise to never let the person that brings us here, because it is close, do that again. There are too many other restaurants in the area to go to and have a good meal.

Ordered the Chilean sea bass. One of my favorite dishes. Well, for $46 I got a huge serving of risotto and a huge piece of fish! That was the upside. The downside was zero veggies and the dish was so buttery it made me lose my appetite halfway through. It was a “brown butter” sauce but he went a little too heavy on the butter. I could have ordered a side of veggies but for $46 I assumed something green would come on the plate. I give this 2.5 stars but I am willing to come back and try it again.

Went to the Palm with my in laws and had the most off-putting service experience of my life. The wait staff had a very long speeches for everything, including the wine list, only to get to the end of it and realize my in laws don't drink and he seemed visibly frustrated. My sister in law and her husband first ordered a salad and were intending to order the Ahi tuna to split. The waiter told them that the salad was "super filling and didn't showcase their best stuff" so they ordered a different salad and regretted it. They also ordered the Ahi tuna to split and instead of bringing out one portion on two plates they brought out two portions, one for each. After a few minutes the waiter realized the mistake and TOOK the plates from my in laws and brought back the single serving. Very uncomfortable. I overall felt like the service was pushy and awkward and the food was just OK, but not worth it for the experience we had there.
