The host at the front seemed to be in a bad mood when we arrived, but after we were seated our server was very nice. Our food was good, my pancake and eggs were cooked well. But the price is very high for the amount of food we were given. My wife ordered a kale tonic which never arrived. My wife has Celiac and they were very attentive to her allergy, they wrote specifically on our ticket that she had an allergy and also offered gluten free bread in place of the normal bread. To sum everything up this First Watch is a decent place for brunch or a date, but quite expensive.

Get here early, food is so wonderful, that there's always a wait time for a table. Enjoyable atmosphere, even for a busy restaurant, service is nice and friendly. If nothing else, just grab a delicious smoothie.

Lately, I think I have been here like, twenty times. Well, if you're looking for a quick in-and-out, here may not be the best option but that is because it is soooo good, everyone comes here. The food is delicious and the people are nice. I get the A.M. bowl, which is vegan. They cook the potatoes on a separate stove than they do eggs and any meat, which I think is pretty important for vegans and vegetarians. I love the potatoes because they have yummy sauteed onions and peppers in them. They offer great hot sauce and the waiters do their best to make you happy. The chefs and the waiters are actually informed about the food. You may be wondering why I mention this because "shouldn't most workers know about the food they serve?". Well, most don't. I understand that most people can't memorize menus in its entirety but the waiters here know so much that I think its easier to decide instead of waiting awhile for them to go ask the chef. Being here is fun and I strongly recommend that you go here with your family.

Good food. Poor service. They should consider hiring a host/hostess to sit people and cash them out, instead of relying on the wait staff to do the job.

I always have a good experience when I come here. The place is clean with very welcoming and well-upkept interior decoration. Staff is pleasant. Our server Jonah was very friendly and gave excellent service. He helped me make appropriate substitutions for my dish, and was very attentive to my other guest as well. Food was delicious. Came out quickly and warm. I got a protein bowl and my guest had the Healthy Turkey. Very filling! The young woman at the cashier was very friendly and made me laugh. Great atmosphere, great food. Really glad I made it out today. Will definitely be back!
