Just moved to the Jacksonville area and was looking for a good local pizza place, and this place didn't disappoint. Good quality pizza and very efficient on the process time within an excellent price. I look forward to ordering from them again in the near future.

I would say I hated it but I never even received my pizza. I ordered at 6 o'clock and was told 25 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza, I was informed that they were out of pepperoni and asked if there were any alternative toppings I'd like. I picked Old World Pepperoni and was told it would be 10-15 min. The cashier tried to tell me they had "tried contacting me" about the pepperoni issue but I guess their carrier pigeon got lost because I received no phone call, text, or email. Other patrons were receiving the same bad news. I waited 20 min until asking if my pizza was almost ready and received the same 10-15 min timetable they had quoted earlier. I asked if they had even started my pizza yet and was told, reluctantly, that they had not. The staff not only failed to manage their inventory, they lied about contacting me and failed to manage expectations. Their lies and failures cost me an hour I could have spent with my kids on Christmas Eve. I asked for my money back (because the cashier was taking payments before telling customers that their orders were delayed) and went home empty handed. The wait time is understandable. The lies are not. I don't think I'll bother with Marcos again when Brewers Pizza is so close and fantastic.

The brownie was amazing I rarely order desserts but super glad I did this time! Super fresh, and just perfect all the way around! Great service and pretty fast. Pizzas are always awesome and enjoyed the cheesy bread! Highly recommend.

First let me say that I have been a customer at this location for years and like their food. With that said, this is what happened on 11/11. We ordered 2 pizzas for carryout with a coupon. The total was 14.99 or thereabouts. My girlfriend paid with her debit card. When we returned home she checked her bank account and an additional 3 bucks were added to the debit amount. This additional 3 bucks wasn't included on the receipt. When she called the restaurant and was told the 3 dollars was the tip. I guess they thought they deserved a tip for the pizza that we picked up? Anyway, the Manager did agree to refund the additional 3 dollars. What they did was theft. It's the same as if someone walked up behind you and reached into your pocket and stole money from your pocket. It's really a shame because the tactics have cost them 2 customers. My advice to others would be to check your bank account if you pay this company with a debit card. Read less
