Overall it was good but the sweet tea was soured so had to have that fixed, the ranch dressing could have been a little thinner in consistency so it could be poured on my salad and not clumped. And it was too cold in the restaurant which made the food cold before we could get half way through it. Would give it another try, maybe it was just a bad night.

Ordered a chicken sandwich no onions. Menu didn't mention tomatoes and lettuce either but that's neither here nor there at this point. So sandwich came out with onions. I told the person at counter. Said she would fix it and bring it out too me. Round 2 sandwich comes out (same sandwich) with onions still on it. So asked for manager, got a line cook I think as he didn't look or seem like a manager. Said he would refire the sandwich. After waiting 15 plus minutes and my wife finishing her meal. It arrives. 3 times and being inside the restaurant for nearly an hour I decided I want about to chance eating it. Both orders of fries that came out were like warm at best. All this said he offered a "one on us card" I actually had to ask for a refund for tonight. As no one should have been done this way. The loop is off my list of places to eat with this type service.

Several years ago there was a location of The Loop in the Publix shopping center in Fleming Island. Their chicken Caesar salad was awesome. The new location is different. I've had the chicken Caesar salad twice and it's not very good at all, especially for the price. Also they had no clean forks available! I don't think I'll be back.

At first me and my family walked into the restaurant and it came to the cash register, after dealing with the cashier I thought to myself that her and her personality would have more in common with a rock than anything else, once we sat down we waited a little over 20 minutes for our food, I ordered bacon cheddar with lettuce onion and tomato the person I was with due to dietary needs only ordered the burger patty with cheese lettuce and tomato... 20 minutes for two burgers well done in one didn't even have a bun

Good food but after a long line to order, I had to wait again while people who ordered pick up or to go stuff were served first. They might want to have more people to check people out. The drink counter was very messy with spilled drinks and straw papers. I do like the fact that you can get as many refills as you like since it is self serve.
