This place has amazing service and awesome food and drinks. I went their on a Friday night and enjoyed it so much had to go back on a Sunday for their brunch. The service staff was on point and advised me that the food was taking longer than normal. One of the managers came to the table a few times and truly went the extra mile without even asking for special treatment. My brunch guests were impressed as was I because I had never been there before. I have already started to buy gift cards to send out to friends so they can experience this place.

The restaurant is nice and service is friendly. This is a good restaurant to go to if you have a business lunch. It's "casual posh" but not overly expensive and caters more to high end clientele. Food is nice but not extraordinary. Drinks are light but tasty. You'll see mostly business men and groups of women out for a drink with the girls. They try and hire attractive wait staff which I'm sure appeals to many of the clientele. I have been there a few times because it is close to my office and would be willing to go again.

Good place overall as long as you aren’t a germaphobe. Friendly staff, good drinks, reasonable prices for the area. But the glassware they display right on the bar in front of customers is absolutely disgusting. Not just water stains either. Clear remains of former cocktails. Visible lines where the glass had been filled previously. An orange haze to some of the glasses which indicates to me the glass was holding something fruity and wasn’t washed properly. I tried to take the best pictures I could but it’s hard capturing glass against a light background! The worst part is I watched a server pick up a wine glass, SCRATCH SOMETHING OFF WITH HIS FINGERNAIL (can you imagine the bacteria?!?) and then put it on his serving tray with a bottle of wine to serve to a customer. The bartenders were wiping down each glass before they filled it with a drink with a coffee filter (?) but it didn’t seem to be doing the trick. Visible fruit pulp, dried juice, and fill lines were visible on most glasses.

Was my first experience at this Earls location and the third for my friends. It was very disappointing and overall not a good experience on many levels. First of all the noise level was ridiculously loud in the main dining room...which was primarily from an adjacent group party of 40+people. Which is probably why the service was slow from the kitchen and bar. The whole dining experience took almost 2 hours. It seemed they were short on servers and possibly kitchen staff. The quality of the food was hit and miss...some starters and entrees were good, while others were undercooked, room temperature and missing accompaniments. One of my friends was served wine in a glass that was dirty with debris stuck inside the bottom of the glass. While our server was friendly, he was not too attentive and aloof...not knowing what the ingredients were in some of our dishes. The only thing really redeeming of our experience was the beautiful decor of the restaurant and a very manager on duty who tried to make things right with complimentary desert...which we appreciated. However, we are very hesitant about returning in the future due to so many missteps. Hopefully senior managers will review the staffing on a night when such large groups book. Other diners shouldn’t suffer at their expense.

I've had a few poor experiences with service here with a few different servers/bartenders, but there is one notable exception. Ryan behind the bar is fantastic. His service is always spot-on and I honestly can't recall ever having better service in any restaurant. He took great care of myself and my friends yesterday and I plan to return as often as possible, but only sitting in his section. Earl's is lucky to have him, he is a professional.
