It did not disappoint..I was very very satisfied. My folks are in town and they were very pleased. Not a first time going.. But it's been awhile I forgot how good it was. Well worth the wait and price. I recommend this place.. Highly

AMAZING! EVERYTHING! Our waiter Jamel Wray was the best waiter we've ever had ANYWHERE! Amazing young man and very personable! My wife and I were in Orlando for a few days last month for our Anniversary and decided on a whim one night why not just go out to Cheese Cake. The mall was Gorgeous and the line for Cheesecake long but we waited as the environment was so nice. We always go to Cheese Cake Factory so we didn't expect anything overly amazing since we were regulars although it be in other cities. My God were we wrong THE FOOD TASTES BETTER, THE ATMOSPHERE IS BETTER AND THE SERVICE IS THE BEST! Everything was so good we asked to speak to the manager and Jamel our waiter and pay our thanks. WE WILL BE BACK IN OCTOBER! (Jamel you are amazing I pray our paths cross again).

First time I've been to a Cheesecake Factory in a number of years. Menu choices were quite extensive. It was actually hard to decide, so many delicious sounding menu items. I was looking for a light lunch and chose a chicken with avocado fruits and nuts salad. It was delicious. Strange as it may seem I was too full for cheesecake dessert. Something to look forward to next time.

The lunch menu runs until 5:00pm, and offers much more appropriate portion sizes. It's still a bit much for the average person, if you are going to get cheesecake. This location is absolutely the best. Even if you aren't coming here for cheesecake, the food is amazing. It's miraculous that they manage to offer such a wide variety of food on the menu, and still manage to make it with such a high quality.

I normally love this place and get good service. Tonight was definitely a crappy service experience. Ordered 2 slices of cheesecake and after waiting over 15 minutes asked if my order was ready. Girl was rude rolled her eyes and said I’ll check. It was sitting on the counter and had been for almost the entire time I was waiting. It had been passed to another customer nothing verified about the order and he brought it back in and said it’s not his order he ordered actual food for pick up. Then it just sat on the counter until I said something. After she handed me the bag with no apology or anything I said it would have been nice if you said something like the order was ready. She snapped back and said she would have if she knew. Well she is working the counter taking and handing out orders. I told her it’s her job to know and check on the bags just sitting on the counter. I won’t spend my money at a place with crappy service and ignorant staff. I completely understood that they were busy and I didn’t want to wait the 40 mins for a table for a party of 2. But there was not 1 person at the to go counter and I walked right up and ordered and was told to wait around the corner. Thank god I didn’t listen to that. I’d be sitting there until next year. Whoever is the manager of the take out line really needs to retrain their staff and teach them some manners, clearly their entitlement has gotten to their head and they forget without customers there would be no job.
