First time visiting NYPD Pizza, and I want to start off my review with how delicious our pizza was and it is definitely NY style. When I first walked in, it was pretty busy, I was unsure where to go for pickup, I didn't see any signs? I walked back to the counter and payed. A gentleman came from behind and asked me if I was being helped. I am guessing he was the manager or owner? This pizzeria is definitely family friendly and seems family operated. When we ordered our pizza for pickup on the phone , they explained it would be 10-15minutes. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the pizza, and if I had not asked one of the waitresses to check on my order, I wonder how much longer the wait would have been. Because my pizza was sitting on the side counter, ready to given to me. I watched all kinds of team members walk by the counter, I guess no one looks there lol. Anyways, we will definitely try them out again. I am curious to see how another visit would be.

We eat here almost every saturday. Their Greek salad is the best not to mention the garlic knots and fried raviolis. The salad material is always fresh and they are willing to provide lemons if you don't want dressing. Servers are great, they know us and greet us very friendly every time. Their pizza is thin and light, so you don't feel heavy after eating them. A refreshing place all around.

We’ve been going to NYPD so nice we lived in Orlando in the 2001-2006 years, and every time we come back to visit or vacation, we try to go get some knots, fried raviolis and pie! I’m my opinion, it’s the best pizza in O town. I love that they still throw their dough, and the quality and taste have remained the same after more than 10 years! Great service too!

I was over charged and ripped off by an employee and the manager did not care to do anything and make it right. I was charged $25.51 for a meat lovers calzone one week ago. Today I walk in and ordered lunch while reviewing the menu I noticed I was way over charged for the order. I mentioned it to the employee who took my order today, they admitted to me that a specific driver over charges people when taking orders. He has a strong NY style accent. The manager was made aware of the situation and proof was shown for the charge. The manager did nothing. Apparently the manager is fine with his employees ripping people off. Food is great but obviously a shady location. Review your check before paying.
