Great place if you love hair in your food. My sister found hair in her food twice. The restaurant was not clean, the bathrooms were disgusting, the host asked the age of my little brother to make sure he ordered from the adult menu and suggested that my two year old niece sit at the booth so that they didn’t have to bring out a high chair. To compensate for both of the hairs in my sisters dish, they took off 20% which is barely enough to cover the included tip (18%). They should have at least made her meal free. I never do reviews but I wish someone had warned me.

Before eating here, I thought that you couldn't mess up hibachi rice. My wife and I had dinner there on Tuesday night. We got there around 8:10pm. The place closes at 11pm. I ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp $22.99. My wife ordered hibachi shrimp $19.99. When we get the food, my rice is "lukewarm" and it tasted like it was made at 8am and reheated at 8pm and served to me. I sent it back and told the waitress that I want fresh rice. She brings back more rice and its very hot but the same taste. It was not fresh at all. I've never been to a place that serves hibachi rice and it not taste fresh until eating at Oishi. I asked for the manager and explained to her that the rice obviously is not fresh and is just re-heated. She says that she watched them make it. I just left it at that. I asked for the check and we left. So, the bill was $52.73 and the manager gave me a discount of $7.91 because I was unhappy with the $22.99 meal that they brought me.

Our dinner started well, our server waa friendly and attentive. We chose the AYCE sushi option and the appetizers came out in just a few minutes. All were well prepared and quite over-sized. Our sushi rolls were massive! BUT beware that they smother it in whatever sauce...it's, a lot! Quality was average for the price...

Good food but not outstanding. Good service but not great. Chef was "OK" but not as interactive with guests as we have experienced at other hibachi style meals. Used Groupon & still spent $90 for 4. Only alcohol; 1 person had 1Saki. All others had water.

Great food the staff needs some pointers in customer service. But over all great. I just hope the owner's watch the staff a little closer. So they don't drive the customers away
