When traveling on business, I’ve found McDonald’s to be a wonderful place to take a break from the road, catch up on work and enjoy a nice meal. Until today, I’ve never had an unpleasant experience until the manager of this location approached me and at a loud enough volume announced I was NOT WELCOME to be at her establishment because she assumed I wasnt going to buy anything. She stated this 3 times, with the whole lobby watching and listening. It’s very presumptive on her part to assume that I wouldn’t be having lunch, given it’s now 12:26 pm. But, she’s correct now, because my visit here was absolutely disrespectful and I no longer find McDonalds to be the environment I’d once considered it to be.

I go to this McDonald’s a couple times a week on my way to work and I have NEVER gone through the drive thru a single time where they did not ask me to pull over and wait for my food. Every. Single. Time. Even for the most simple orders such as “a coke and a double cheeseburger”. I don’t understand why it takes so long that I have to sit in the curb side pickup each time I order, no matter what time it is. To top it all off, half the time they bring you the wrong order and then get pissy with you when you correct them. So over this place.

Plenty of other good locations, this location is not one of them. Found a few hairs in my food that were a different color and way longer than mine. Service was horrible as well. I know cant expect much from a fast food place that employs young people as a first job and is minimum wage but please people keep the hairs out of the food!!!!

I seriously don't understand why I even bother with this place. My kids love Happy Meals but damn I can't stand eating here every single time the fries are disgusting are they seriously just like sitting in the warmer all day and then when someone comes to order some food they dip them in the fryer real quick again just to heat them up always nasty that used to be my favorite thing about McDonald's. And what is going on with these buns there like rubbery almost I can't even explain it but this is just disgusting I swear this isn't even edible.
