I ordered a McGriddle and wanted a round egg. I was told no substituting. After I offered to show the cashier my receipt from another McDonald's that does substitute the egg then she said she would do it. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and was charged $3.29 for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I brought the error to the cashier's attention and she said oh. When I asked her to fix it she said it's only 30 cents. I said but it's my 30 cents. I then asked her to ring it in correctly seeing as a sausage biscuit is on $1.49. I was refunded $1 and some change. Not impressed with there service or attitude.

Drive through is the only option late, ordered for four people, got half the order. It's all crammed into one bag so you can't tell what's in it. They suck!!!

So it's 227 in the morning I go to McDonald's to get something to eat. Employee is not where McDonald's shirt then when I order the guy is like go ahead. Why be so rude when you think you deserve $15 an hour. Then I tell him I am in Uber driver so I can get my normal free drink, then the guy tells me no you cannot have a drink you have to pay for it. Even though all Uber drivers get free drinks the guy decided to are you with me until I got my free drink. If I were you I would not go to this location they are very rude. Honestly this ruin my experience from McDonald's I am not going back and they even forgot one of my sandwiches but if I go back I know they will spit on it because the employee was talking about spitting on someone's food because they were rude in the drive-through. Just think if he said something about spitting on someone food when I was there what do the people do to your food before you eat it? Probably pay attention to your cooks because if you make them mad you will end up with spit or your food on the ground before you get it.

Not happy!!!!! I was aggressively pressured to utilize the self service kiosk. Simply because I was unsure of what I wanted to order. Then Ashia or whoever came over to the kiosk to "assist". Why??? She didn't want to take my order anyway!! Beef was way old and dried out. The manager did see to it I got another sandwich. I WILL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN BEFORE I EVER COME BACK!!!!!😡

This place has the worst customer service. The drive-thru is consistently awful and my order is wrong more times than it is right. Tonight, for instance, I had to repeat my order three times to two diffrent people. Finally got my food, drove home only to realize it was completely wrong. Drove all the way back and asked for the manager, who took my receipt and bag of wrong food, offered me no apology and asked me to move aside. Ten minutes later, she hands me a bag and walks away. The store is nice and the food, when right, is generally good. But the service is really awful.
