I love Wendy's, this one though I'm not coming back. They have an elderly lady who's very nice and chatty to everyone, that's unless you complain about her taking her sweet time, and my darn time, her taking ages taking a bunch of orders without anyone even trying to put my order together. Someone put my hamburger on the tray and left, and then a couple more minutes with my hamburger getting colder I said "what's taking so long?" Old lady snapped at me and said "it's been only 3 minutes, that's the time fries take to be done". Well first of all, no one told me there was no fries ready, second, after she took my order, she took 5 minutes to get the order of the next person, then 3 employees used the register to clock in, and then they set my hamburger on the tray, and then 5 minutes later I asked what was taking so long. So the lady doesn't even understand time. If I talked to my clients the way she talked to me I would loose all my clients. No understanding about customer service. Manager didn't even bat an eye. Absolutely disappointed and not coming back to this Wendy's, for all I care they should close it down.

Very rude staff. They use to have a good staff but now they talk back and have poor communication skills. I have been going to this location for years but now I will not return.

At this location, if you're 55 or older, ask for a senior soda(free),,,,ask for a senior frosty(free),,,,,you can get both items free with purchase,,,,,I'm not sure if all Wendy's locations offer this. Service is a little slow; however, the food quality is great and staff is friendly and helpful :-)

This is the most absolute rudest horrible customer service ever I've been here a few times and the only reason we return is because of convenience I'm pretty sure if it wasn't in the location it was it would be out of business.... When I tell coworkers or other people about it before I can even say what happen they say OMG that place is terrible! it's horrible customer service!
