Have you all changed store management since getting shut down for the roach infestation and other major issues found by health inspectors? "Last week, PDQ at 4526 4th Street North had to temporarily shut down for 18-hours after inspectors found over 100 live and dead roaches all over the kitchen. On Wednesday January 17, the state discovered roaches on the floors and walls, in the prep room, near the ovens, front line, under the three compartment sink, by the prep table, ice machine, chest freezer, chemical rack, cabinets, where tea was brewing and near the reach in cooler. Roach droppings were also seen near cabinets at the front line and on the walls. PDQ had some serious food temperature violations as well that could make you sick with inspectors finding many items at hazardously warm temperatures. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW All cold food should be 41 degrees or below. The hazardous food in the cooler included black beans at 45°f, butter at 46°f, sliced cheese at 45°f, milk at 45°f, liquid eggs at 45°f, homemade ranch dressing at 53°f, shredded cheese at 50°f, cut tomato mix at 58°f, homemade blue cheese at 50°f, pepper jack cheese at 52°f, raw chicken at 44°f, shredded cheese at 43°f, and tomato/cucumber salad at 50°f. Other violations documented include an employee failing to wash his hands, the hand wash sink not accessible for employees to use due to being blocked by a garbage can and equipment in poor repair. The equipment in disrepair? ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW The ice machine's slider door, plastic containers, reach in cooler, tiles on the floor, cove molding, dry storage shelving with rust that has pitted the surface and the walk-in cooler shelves soiled with encrusted food debris. Really disappointed. When they 1st opened quality was important and it was obvious. Now if you dare go it is quality that is lacking the most. The past 2 visits our chicken was not even cooked all the way threw. Had we eaten any more than we had i think it would have been the worst experience ever....this was more like an upset stomach and an inediable dinner. Never again that's all i can say. Quality should.be #1 when talking about a restaurant. Not the last think you want to discuss because it is SO VERY bad. Hard to say anything positive here but i must say i still.love the hand washing station that they have in the restaurant, the soap smells so good and who does not love a great hand washing. Especially one so convienent. unfortunately the food did not live up to what it should and the only positive i can come up with is a hand washing station. For a restaurant review one would think its the food that matters most and not a hand washing station for the diners.....they need one for the employees as well.

The name of the restaurant is PDQ aka People Dedicated to Quality; however, lately, that's what's been lacking in my orders. My entire order of fries, was the small, fractional, burnt pieces. They forgot my sauce for my zucchini fries. They forgot the avocado on my sandwich that I had to pay extra for. They completely forgot an order of fries. All items that should have been caught in a quality check. Step up your quality PDQ.

Went for a chicken sandwich as I was nearby and in a hurry. For the 3rd time, i bit into a chicken sandwich with the texture of rubber. It was terrible. I really enjoyed PDQ when it first opened at the South Tampa (original) location. Over the past couple of years , i have had nothing but bad experiences.

Good food, always clean and they are always friendly. You also get quick service whether you go inside or use the drive thru.
