I come here all the time because it’s so near my house. Lately, it has been SO SLOW to get service. Counter staff is so focused on moving the drive through faster that the people waiting at the counter don’t get service. We had the cashier take our order and then instead of making it, stand around while we waited. Then when we asked, she said “oh. What did you have?” And then had to go ask someone how to make it. How to make an iced coffee?? Okay. Also the chicken strips we got tasted really old and everything was soggy. I’ll be avoiding this location if at all possible from now on.

I don’t like giving a negative review but we have gone to this Chick-fil-A at least five times and gotten the wrong order. We go at least once a week. We pay for the largest nugget meal which is 12 & the last three times four pieces in the box were nothing more than fried dough. We get the 12 piece to divide between my two grandchildren. Obviously this doesn’t work. We have gotten the wrong salads missing food & just plain mistakes. There is always a long wait and the food is expensive. Employees are nice. When you get home and call they say to bring your receipt and they’ll make it right but who wants to do that. We went back to McDonald’s and just try to eat less fast food.

I go here often, bc I work close by. This is one of the slowest Chic Fil A’s ive been to. Today my order was completely wrong. The kids working drive through don’t care. Why bother asking my name when you completely screw it up along with my order? Please this location needs a major overhaul. Please hire competent staff in the future. I’m so spoiled by other locations speed, and accuracy that I loathe going here. Step it up!

First, Id like to point out that I do realize that this is a popular restaurant and that alot of people frequent these stores on a regular basis. I have nothing to say negative about the food, the building or pricing. Chic Fil A's food tastes great and has great quality. But the people who work here and the time it takes to get your food is totally unacceptable. I dont know where they find these absent minded teenagers to work in this place. The work environment is chaotic and everyone seems out of place and unaware and focus more on talking to each other rather than focusing on what the customer ordered. I stopped in for breakfast the other morning and placed an order. It took me 18 minutes to get my food. And no matter how clear you say your name for the order, these people cannot spell, or speak correctly and will give your order to someone else. It is very frustrating to have this happen on several occasions and i'm fed up with it. I wont be returning to chic fil a ever again because of the awfuly slow service and the silly teenie bopper incompetent workers and management behind the counter.
