Today I had an employee go to this Chipotle location to get us all lunch. When she ordered the man ( Eric ) was very rude to her. He told her that next time we need to order on line for this type of thing and seemed to be annoyed all around. I do understand that businesses get busy, but no one should be treated as an inconvenience. If we all came in separately and ordered it would be the same amount of work?? So why is her coming in and ordering 4 bowls so hard? So I called. Asked to speak to the manager and Eric answered and asked how he could help me. He did apologies for coming off rude, then hung up on me? What is going on with this place. I thought the call was going fine then when I proceed to ask why he was so rude, he hung up. And I'm sure it's no big deal to Eric that we will not be coming back...but maybe the owner will have a different feeling about it.

First and LAST time at Chipotles. Take some pride in your food guys... My manager went and picked us up some tacos. I had gotten the 3 taco deal and what I received was more like a bowl. There was no distinguishing the different tacos from each other. They were not folded at all, and all the toppings were thrown into the middle of the whole thing. When people want 3 tacos, they want 3 tacos. Not 3 tacos thrown together to basically make an unwrapped burrito. First time ever trying Chipotles and will never return.

I love Chipotle, one of my favorite places to eat. The ingredients are fresh.

Horrible service. Two of the employees argued with us that they had no idea what a burrito bowl was and that it wasn't part of the menu. Also, just as a previous reviewer stated, we were scolded for not ordering online. We ordered four burrito bowls, not that difficult, and the decision to get food from this place was made on a whim while we were already near there. Lesson learned; we won't be back to this location.
