Hostess who answered the phone was not very helpful. We tried to do call ahead seating for a party of five. She said they couldn’t do call ahead for five people—only four or less. Then, we asked how long the wait would be (we were coming at noon), and she was unsure and said about 45 min to hour. What is the point of calling ahead if you cannot actually get your name on the list?? This is very poor hospitality. We hung up and immediately checked online for Outback who was able to accommodate without any issues.

I've only been there once in the past ten years, but the one time I visited, I was impressed. We had to wait a bit to be seated, but the bar was open. Once we were seated, we were treated like Kings. The people I came with were picky and said they didn't like how a few things were cooked. The waitress, without hesitation, took the plates back and replaced them. She had a smile the whole time and was very polite and gracious. I wish all of my servers could be like her.

Always delicious. Enjoy specials & combo packages. Frozen drinks super! Love those garlic, cheese biscuits! They brought an ice cream sundae for my birthday dinner!

Great place to get some cheaper seafood. Excellent service, food came out very fast and was fresh. I got the seaside trio. The lobster is amazing and tasty. Great place overall. But beware if it's evening then they are packed. So plan accordingly.

I apologize for the last review. I was not paying attention to detail. Red lobster has always been a great family and food venue! You could not ask for better service and seafood in the bay area and the Southeast. I've always enjoyed a meal and the atmosphere. Once again, I apologize. Thank you.
