We went here because my girlfriend loves this place. I ordered my burger medium well. When it arrived I noticed the color was a little light. So I checked it and one side was seared and the other side partially cooked. I checked the middle of the patty and it was completely raw. Almost like it was just taken off the supermarket shelf. I sent it back. Instead of remaking the burger, it was the same exact patty down to the area that I checked it prior to sending it back.

Very disappointing. I stopped in for lunch at 11:25. There were only two other people in the restaurant. Not two tables full, just two people. That should have tipped me off. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger cooked medium. At 11:50 (25 minutes later) I went back up to the register to see if they forgot about me. One of the other two guests also was inquiring about the fate of their order. The cashier went in the back and returned with my burger a minute later. I said I was out of time and to make it to go. She asked if I wanted my money back and said "sure" and gave her my takeout container back because I can't eat and drive at the same time. She said to take it because they would just throw it away. She said the manager was on his way. He came out and just shrugged his shoulders. I don't think he said a word. I got to my car and since I was hungry I took a bite. Yikes. It was charred and not in a good way. Way overcooked. It was cold, dry and the cheese was not melted. It wasn't even soft. Burger King makes a better burger. I'll never go back here. It used to be a decent place but not anymore.

Excellent food and service. We ordered two burgers, one gluten free bun and the other regular, they were both excellent. There is a slight premium for the gluten free. The basket of fries was also good without being overly salty. I can’t say enough great things about the shakes! One of the best restaurants to enjoy a great milkshake. The price isn’t bad for what you get and how it tastes. We been back a few times, service and food quality is always the same— in this case, that’s a good thing! You know what to expect.

Good burger joint, nothing great. Had a #7 Tex-Mex burger and like I said, it was nothing great. Place was clean, nice layout, and friendly staff, other than that it seemed to be just another burger joint. However I would likely come back to try out their shakes. Price wise, it was neither expensive nor inexpensive. I spent ~$12 for their small burger, fries, and a drink. *No military discount

They have gluten free buns, but the chicken burger and turkey burger both contain wheat. As someone who can't eat red meat or wheat, this was a huge disappointment. The bananas Foster milkshake is amazing, but the service was slow and the workers were very confused by our take-away order and made a big deal about it, rather than just trusting the customer and completing the order (for the record, it was a burger, sweet potato fries and two milk shakes -- nothing complicated). It took twenty minutes to get our simple order, and that was only after getting since rude looks from workers.
