First time eating at red lobster, huge success! Reggie, our server, was very kind and charismatic, couldn't ask for a better waiter! I had the salmon New Orleans and it was exquisite. We sat in a nice booth in a very quiet part of the restaurant, no whining kids! :) Definitely will come again if the chance arises.

Love this Red Lobster location. The food is always great. If I have issues, they have been quick to address them. I would highly recommend.

Went with a large party and service could have been better. Our 2 servers did not work well together. The food was good though.

Worst location!! My waitress was the worst, she was some young girl with hazel colored contact and extension braids. She forgot to put my appetizer in, and when my food came I asked about my stuffed mushrooms and the gentleman had no idea I ordered them. The waitress didn't come back to check on us at all and didnt bring any butter, lemon or the metal "crackers" to get the crab out of the shell. She came back with the mushrooms, lied and said she had the kitchen re-make it, when I told her we couldn't eat the crab, but forget it we will take it home, she never even offered to bring lemon and butter for us. My husband asked for a couple of boxes and she brought 2 small boxes. My husband had to demonstrate how the large crab legs will not fit in the small boxes and we needed larger boxes. Honestly, her attitude was so care free. She didn't want to be there, it was obvious. I called the next day to speak to a manager to tell them about my experience, and I was on hold for an hour. The shift change hostess picked up my call and said she saw the call on hold when she began her shift, put me back on hold and then the call disconnected. Needless to say, I wont be visiting this location. I took screenshots of how long I was on hold with this restuarant.

Dinner was very good. Love the wood grilled shrimp and shrimp scampi. Biscuits are always excellent. They were right out of the oven piping hot. Stuffed mushrooms were great. Service was fast and pleasant.
