I purposely avoid going here. I love Chipotle, but this particular location is a joke. I was hired at a chipotle about a year ago and the training was extensive as far as the characteristics and service they expected from their employees, so that’s why every time I come here (last resort) I’m genuinely disappointed. The portions aren’t sized well and the staff is rude. They’re always more concerned with chatting with one another than giving the person in front of them undivided attention. You have to repeat yourself in the event that they didn’t hear you say “just a little bit,” because they are distracted. Rant over.

I go on lunch about 3 times per week at 1130am. Never a line, always fresh food, good service. Exactly what you want from a chipotle location.

The staff was nice and they kept it moving, it was lunch it the place was packed but it moved fast. The girl on the grill with the long black and redish/pink hair was grinding hard! She kept a full grill and moved fast!

Today is May 1st, 2018 and arrived at this location around 3pm and no one was in line and there was a couple of employees standing around talking. Nothing on the grill cooking or on the stove. Music was super load and as I was sitting down eatting I can here the employees talking over it. So you can tell how obnoxious it is when the music is already loud and group of people trying to speak over it. There was about 3 other customers sitting down eatting already so it wasn’t that busy. So I stand a line and there’s a females Employee at the line, she was stocking the side cups and lids. But as I notice her line was Filthy he floor behind the line was even more dirty with food all over it. Employees are casually walking over it. But anyways back to the females employee she didn’t really great me like she should she just went to asking what would I like. She had a face the whole time taking my order. There was a lot of food on the line going to waste when the store wasn’t even at its peak of the day as I could tell when I walked in. So food was getting cold the meats didn’t look like they have been moved around in a bit. I use to work for chipotle so I know expections. So as I continue to order my food the females employee didn’t even give me the right portion for anything. She kept looking down at my plate as if I was going to say something about the small portions she was giving me. But I didnt cause I was going to see if she was going to corrected herself. If you would’ve saw this plate after the end you wouldn’t even want to pay for it. I’ve been coming to chipotle for a long time and this was not a portion size plate you would give out to any customer. You can tell there is a lack of training at this location I will not be eating at this location ever again and I don’t recommend to anyone to eat this location. The only good experience I had was with the cashier. Other than that people need to get to work and make sure there kitchen and line areas is in tip top shape.

Why is the meat always cold... This is ridiculous you pay a premium price for cold steak that is tough and chewy.. I will never again eat this slop even if someone else is paying.
