Wish you could give negative stars...but you can't, I went through drive thru, ordered a grilled asiago club with no tomato and a side salad instead of fries, well I had to repeat my order 4 times cause it's as if I was not speaking English, it took 2 different people to get my order, I get back to my office to eat, which it took me under 5 min to get to my office, the salad had some lettuce that looks like it was 10 days old, so I did not even eat the salad, I opened my chicken sandwich to add some pepper, well you can see they put a tomato on it and then took it off. The chicken was old I could not even bite it, it looks to me that the sandwich was under a hot lamp for at least 30 min, when I ordered it, they pulled the tomato off and served it to me!!! They pride their self on fresh food, I can assure you the order I received today was not fresh at all. The only good thing I was served was the green tea!! Will never visit this store again.

Nice and clean. Everyone is friendly. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine in the lobby. They have installed and are about to start having kiosk ordering which I love. The location of a little tough to get in and out of, but there is a traffic light at the intersection.

I love this place. The staff is friendly, your food is fast, and I have never had an issue. I think that the burgers are delicious and if you are looking for a quick, inexpensive meal then this is the place to be. My younger brother really loves the chicken nuggets.

Always fast. super nice people working. love the Chilli & baked potatoes. The only down side is too many times I get allll the way home & someone has forgot the butter AND sour cream for the Sour Cream & Chives baked potato. ugh. Butter I have at home but not usually sour cream, so it makes for a very dry & dull potato. It happens offen enough that I'm mentioning it. I do check the bags but usually to just make sure everyone has their main items vs digging through bags...that you know are probably going to rip....to make sure they've added sour cream that I already asked for. If it were not for that one issue...i would have added another star. Fun side note: I knew Wendy! True story. We grew up in the same north end suburbs in Columbus Ohio.

Seriously disappointed, on my way to work this morning and stopped at this Wendy's for breakfast and orange juice, as I drove off I took one sip of the orange juice and it was rancid and sour. I have never tasted anything like it , gross, I call and spoke to same employee at the drive thru she apologized and said they just got that shipment of OJ, she offered to replace my drink, I could not turn back around, I asked for manager follow up, 4 hrs and I have received no callback, I called Wendy's cooperated office to complain as well I want a full refund.
