Such horrible experience ordered from the chick fil a app. Then waited for awhile to receive my food even though the app told my food was ready for pickup. I had specific instructions for wanting my chicken sandwich to be made well done along with one of the side fries I ordered. And it did not only take a long time to receive my food but it wasn't even fresh nor done the way I had asked it to be done. And workers at this college football Hall of Fame were very rude and very unhelpful. Also received my Cookie and cream milkshakes without the whip cream and cherry on top. Wanted to speak with one of the managers and was told they were too busy. If you can't run a hall field window why have one if you guys can't run in properly and treat paying customers different from people that's in line in the building. Do what you are paid to do! Will not be recommending this place or eating at this location again. My husband couldn't even finish his chicken sandwich because it was tossed together so horribly.

The location is nice, the layout is designed to efficiently deal with a lot of traffic and the seating area has a pleasant open seating plan which features a good view of the hustle and bustle out on Marietta. Also features a view onto the playing field inside the college football hall of fame, which is fun. The food is the same as all other locations.

Not a thank you was said, staff was horrible at customer service. This is not the chik fil a you normally experience. Not coming back and I'd recommend you not stop here.

The woman who took my order was wonderful but the woman who gave me my order rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ketchup because there was none available by the sauces. She also proceeded to grunt when I said thank you.

This is by far and away the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I eat here about once a month. This location is consistently disappointing. Personally, I choose Chick-fil-A not only for the food, but the service as well. The environment here is awful. The employees are outright rude. They clearly don't care about their customers. They never look you in the eyes, smile, or offer for any extra assistance. They do the minimal amount of work possible. On top of that, there are always homeless people walking around and bothering the customers, while trying to enjoy their meal. Quite frankly, many people come to this Chick-fil-A because they are visiting Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, or the College Football Hall of Fame. That means they are tourists looking for something quick and easy. The last thing they need after a long day of walking around and spending money, is to have a bad experience at a fast food restaurant. That leaves a poor impression on Chick-fil-A and a poor impression of our city. I don't want that to be the first or the last thing someone remembers when visiting Atlanta. I hold Chick-fil-A in the highest regards and I truly believe something needs to change at this location. Sincerely, A loyal Chick-fil-A customer
