Customer service was pushy. I understand that they all woke up in order to open the store for when the early flights depart, but at least have some tact. The man assembling my chicken strip orders was insistent on the purchase of a meal instead of a few chicken strips. I was urged to go to the register. The cash lady manning the register was completely dismissive. She asked what I wanted to drink brashly. I'll give it a pass since it was early. Popeyes does serve as the most juicy fried chicken.

Received the best customer service from James! He went above and beyond for my daughter while travelling through Atlanta! There truly are people out there that care about their customers, and James' proved that to me and my family!

Closed a hour early. Workers still there but unwilling to serve. Very frustrating

Rude, unprofessional, untrained supervisors. Gossip right on the front line, floors always slippery and dirty. Too many people in one place especially when there's alot of horse play going on.

They need to stop having a attitude when people ask them for extra sauce. Other than that this restaurant location is clean .
