March 30 2018 I walked in right at 12:30. Maybe five tables occupied. I was seated quickly with a menu and ask for my beverage water. Water please. The young lady was back to my table quickly took my order and brought my salad plate back. Salad bar was fresh lettuce was crisp everything cold and done pretty well. I ordered an individual pizza with sausage pepperoni and bacon. 30 minutes to get my order! The pizza was tasty fresh and the crust was crisp. The pizza was done well although 30 minutes to get an individual Pizza is unacceptable! This was my first time visiting is Chicago Connection because of the mixed reviews that I have seen through the chain and talking to people who have personally experienced it. I'll give it one more try but if it takes that long for a pizza it will be my last try!

Good service, clean and tidy. Great lunch specials, a good place for a lunch meeting or a quick lunch.

I came in for a large combo. It was delicious and I loved it. The woman working was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful.

The pizza was pretty good, even my picky toddlers who usually pull off the toppings and eat nothing else ate it, crust and all. The salad bar was so-so, the selection was not worth the price in my opinion. The biggest complaint I have was we came in as a large group and even though we all had seperate tickets they added an automatic 18% gratuity, no big deal for me, but none of us were told this so there was a lot of confusion when others got their ticket and it was more than expected. Overall though, it was not a bad experience from my end.

I worked for Chicago Connection for many years and there are lots of things I like about the food and miss. The pizza is good and unlike any other you can get in Boise, toppings both under an on top the cheese. The sandwiches are good and everyone always loved the salad bar. A good and unique dish to try is the Lasagna Pie. This a good choice but plan on paying a little more than usual.
