WHY DO I BOTHER GOING BACK TO THIS SPECIFIC CARL'S JR.? Received rude and unprofessional customer service. Awful quality of food. Watered down soda. And the fry sauce? *slow claps* HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP!?!? It was a dark, ugly, orange-pink and mayo was still visible. It tasted like bland-sauce. Not going back to Carl's Jr. For a long time...

Never used to be a fan of Carl's Jr. , However now that I've found something I do enjoy getting/eating from there, (that isn't a tiny serving or bland) I do enjoy going more frequently. Burgers are pretty expensive for being fast food, and seems like 7/10 times staff is unfriendly-rating would be higher otherwise.

Not a place you want to eat at or work at. Complete clownhouse with just a couple of decent employees who work hard. Parents- don’t let your kids work here

I will never go there or any other Carl's again. Food was luke warm, bland, and had absolutely no char broiled flavor at all. I had a dbl cheeseburger #3 meal that's supposed to come with onion rings, but it was a mix of rings and fries and the rings were terrible. The fries weren't bad and the fountain Coke was fine. Wife got the same meal with the same results.

Play place had to be closed as net needed repaired. A couple and little boy came in to see if repair had been made from day before. The repair person missed the spot that couple had stated needed repaired. The lady went to front and told them its not fixed. The 3 left. young woman came and checked out area and warned that it needed fixed. manager closed play place
