Delicious sandwiches and salads. Friendly service. Great for kids. Great place to grab a quick bite without waiting.

I've been going to this place since I was a nearby student (10+ years). Very convenient location for me. Food is pretty good. It's not the best food in the world but tasty enough that I'll go there a couple times a week for lunch or breakfast. They have a rewards program based on points that I highly recommend. Getting a bagel counts towards your entree points so that's a pretty good loophole there. What every college kid who goes to Cosi remember are the free bread samples. When they bake their bread, they cut off the rounded ends and leave them out for people to eat. That's probably my favorite part.

The food was fine, but I had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the staff members. For some reason one of them found it appropriate to approach me and tell me that I am a "very attractive woman." I was visibly uncomfortable and did not reciprocate the attention at all, yet he lurked around my table (I was there alone, at night, and had picked a table at a spot where there weren't many people sitting nearby). At one point he just stood right next to my table for several minutes until I finally felt so uncomfortable I stood up and left. Very unprofessional, felt harassed.

We stumbled across this gem of a restaurant coming back from the Art institute of Chicago and the staff were great! The food was great everything was perfect! I recommend the raspberry mojito lemonade if you ever end up here!

Was going to go there but decided not to based on their web site - menu with no prices. A real turn-off. Who do they think they are?
