This was THE best experience I've had at a Red Lobster in my entire life. Host was professional. Restaurant was clean. Server was phenomenal on every single level. Her name was Luciana but you can call her Lucy. Ask for her. If you have to wait to sit in her section, it'll be worth it. And the food was on point. Hot. Expertly prepared. Managers were seen helping out. One of the best operated restaurants I've been to. I'm a former manager, server, bartender host AND cook so I know good from not good. This was fabulous.

Dined here for my birthday. Our waitress was Shay!! She was quite lovely! Very attentive and friendly. She was knowledgeable and warm! She sang happy birthday to me with the most BEAUTIFUL voice while presenting a candle lit chocolate wave. This was the best experience! The food was delicious and the wait was not long at all. I'm very grateful. I hope to return soon and request Shay!

I have to say this location was one of the cleanest red lobster restaurants I’ve been to. Our waitress Brittany was awesome. She was very polite and attentive without being overbearing. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner. Everything was hot and delicious. We also talked to the manager Dante’ and gave our praises of Brittany and the restaurant. Thank you for the excellent service.

WARNING: WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant EVER. Please if you don't want to have to wait an hour for your waitress to get to you and another 40 minutes for you to get your waters then another 30 minutes for your drinks of choice and watch others who came later than you get attended to first before you I strongly suggest you search elsewhere. Our waitress was the SLOWEST of them all. Whilst we waited for her to attend to us she didn't give us any of the bread, our drinks were warm, and she didn't even take the menus after we ordered. I asked a busser if he could get us a new drink, he was able to do her job QUICKER and BETTER. I have never in my life seen anyone so slow they outbeat a sloth with how long they take moving and getting things. Would never come back unless they hire new people that know what they're doing. I have seen a male waiter attend to 5 tables quickly and efficiently while ours disappears for an hour.

Worst service ever, this place was and has been understaffed ,probably a new waitress, she managed to forget half our order/ put her finger on our bread plates twice, forgot the green tea, practically threw our food at us. We will never go to this restaurant ever again.
