What are the worst establishments to go to. Upon entering into the restaurant about 12:50 !.m. my friends and I was instructed that the kitchen closes at 2 a.m. the two men who look like security guards set it down quickly, however we never receive wages until I asked for one about 25 minutes after we sat down. When I asked the waitress may we get serve she made me wait additional five to seven minutes until they brought water out to the table. When we finally get assigned a waitress she made us wait additional 5 more minutes before she came to our table to take order period around this time now it's about 1:40 and we have been sitting here for about 50 minutes waiting for someone to take out orders. We was instructed that we must wait until placing our order for food because the kitchen was backed up. However the sign on the restaurant states that they have the kitchen open until close which is 3 a.m. so my friends and I waited and then the waitress came back 20 minutes later saying that the kitchen is now closed and she apologized for it. We asked to speak to a manager manager never received to the table after 10 minutes of waiting. Around this time this restaurant is busy, however the staff is not prepared for this type of Rush and more training and preparation is needed. The night manager is very unresponsive and non-professional at all I will never eat at this establishment. If this establishment could get no stars are rated a complete zero

It took 30 minutes to get water. It took almost an hour and a half to get food. Food was wrong, one member of my party's food had hair in it. Wait staff was unsympathetic to the cause. They did not offer to re-up the food with another burger, they said "dont worry we'll take care of it". Luckily he did not have to pay for the food. Wait staff terrible (except our server when she came half an hour after we were seated), food was mediocre at best. Will NEVER RETURN. And I live ten 👏 minutes 👏 away 👏 from the place. Would rather eat under a viaduct while drinking battery acid than return to this place for anything.

Food and drinks are really good. When I went last night the waitress was just horrible. First off she was fairly rude the whole night. I specifically told her that I wanted a blue Louie burger and to put the buffalo sauce on the side. The kitchen was backed up, but I didn’t mind waiting. When “my food” finally came out it wasn’t what I ordered. When I told the waitress who served my food that it wasn’t the right order, the waitress who took my order had the nerve to tell me that that was what I ordered. I didn’t feel like waiting for her to fix it so I just ended up eating it. Then it seem like she really got an attitude when I was the only person in my party who didn’t tip her for her bad service. While my friends were still eating, she rushed us out the door saying they were closing but they didn’t close for another 30 mins. I always have a good time here, but last night was the first bad experience. I also noticed other tables around me were having issues with their food and service. So I’m not sure if it was a bad night or just bad service. Maybe a combination of both. P.S. we also had to ask for EVERYTHING. Water, napkins, silverware, and sauces that we asked for when we ordered.

Nice atmosphere...I will definitely go back. The music is JUST RIGHT. DO NOT order that lettuce wrap. In my opinion it tastes like that sweet and sour chicken t.v. dinner from dollar tree. lbs. The wings are okay. The drinks are fye. I had a lemon drop martini and it was the best. Customer service could be a little bit better. It doesn't match the vibe of the establishment. I will be returning to vibe to the music and have the good drinks.

I was working at the Dusable Museum and our team needed to find a spot for a quick bite. Bar Louie is casual and it took a very long time for our food to come however when it arrived I was satisfied with my order. I ordered a apple cider beer but did not receive it until it was time to leave. I think our server had a stoners moment. The bathroom really needed to be cleaned.
