I had such high hopes for this place. You would think after all the recent bad reviews, they would apply the findings and work on fixing the many issues with this restaurant. My first time visiting the new location tonight and my family was looking forward to some great wholesome food. It was so many things wrong, it would take a chapter to discuss. When I saw the cook slap a piece of frozen salmon and drop an order of frozen sweet potato fries, I knew it would be a bad night. I am sooooo disappointed with the food, staff, and service. There is a disconnect between the people who work there and the company's mission. It is obvious that LITE HOUSE needs to start over again. I will not return. Do better!

The food gets 5 stars hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got the mango jerk salmon bowl with brown rice. It was so good I didn’t need the dressing and actually felt the dressing took away from the dish. It wasn’t that good to me. The salmon was cooked to perfection and everything in the bowl was really fresh. The only reason why I couldn’t give this review a 5 star rating is because they don’t answer the phone when they get busy, and when my mom called to place an order she was left on hold. I work from home and I rarely get lunch breaks because of back to back meetings. My mom just had a stroke and I’m caring for her while working so I wanted to just call in an order and walk down the street to pick it up between meetings. I called for 30 minutes straight with no answer when my mom said let’s just walk down there which after a stroke, down the street is a long distance. I tried ordering on grub hub and they weren’t listed. She called before we left and was placed on hold and by the time we walked in the restaurant she was still on hold and no one was near a phone. We were then told by the cashier that priority goes to in house patrons so when it’s busy they don’t answer. I hope they stick around, the food is delish, but it is disheartening this business has room for improvement still.

Great place to get some good food. Think chipotle but with a local flare and more options. Really enjoyed the Jerk Salmon Salad and my fresh strawberry lemonade. Quick courteous service and great prices.

The Mango jerk Salmon is the way to go! Had it as a spinach wrap and it had an awesome spice, left my mouth a little hot after but was so flavorful and delicious. Had one of their home made lemonades on the side as well, highly recommend. Great place for a quick bite to eat.
