Fiesta..Fiesta. First time trying this place and I must admit the pizza was delicious. The sausage was meaty, there is not a ton of cheese on it and moay of all it is thin crust. I like the herbs they use and not a lot of sauce. Overall a great balance in flavor. Now I can see why Obama named this place as his favorite pizza spot in Chicago. The area is a little sketchy so be aware of your surroundings when you go. They are also pretty cheap. I got a small half sausage and half pepperoni pizza for $13 bucks. It will take at least 30 -40 minutes to make the pizza regardless of the size. However, I would rather wait and have fresh pizza than something popped in a microwave.

On hold for 20 minutes just to find out my large pizza was gonna be 30+ bucks! For a pizza??? It better come with pop, fries and onion rings! Way overpriced, greasy pizza. Not to mention the workers don't even pretend to like their jobs or you. No thank You! I won't be calling back...EVER!

47th street is the most ghetto of all locations. Very slowly and unprofessional. Called in a pizza at 12 got there at 12:30 did not get my pizza until 1:19. While listening to staff laugh and talk in the back.. BAD BUSINESS. Locations should advise dispatch when they are running behind schedule!!!!! Simple.

I called on a Sunday shortly after opening at 11:00. I was reviewing the menu online and I intentionly searched for the form of payment accepted which did list major credit cards and even debit I placed my order only to hear the young lady on the phone phone say CASH ONLY" REALLY? why did this not appear on the menu? Why did the young lady not give this information at the BEGINNING of taking my order rather than at the end? Not only have you lost a purchase ($35) you have also lost a potential customer. Maybe you should review your intro to include this Cash Only rule. Thanks for wasting my time and I will definitely not patronize your establishment. Remember, negative experiences once they are shared with others can effect your bottom line!

I was in line at the window where I saw the employee that gets the dough and flattens it by using a machine. He got two balls of dough, one in each hand and dropped one. He picked it up and looked around to see if anyone noticed it then he placed it on the table instead of discarding it. I informed the cashier and she was not concerned. I won’t be eating there anymore.
